Everytime you willingly participate in breathing consciously, you are shown the way to to your Sovereign Self. By focusing on the process which literally keeps you alive, you acknowlege the creative power within your own being. This is the connection to your Soul. This is the connection to that part of you which knows the truth in all circumstances and sees the light in all situations and in all beings. Animals can sense when you are breathing consciously and so can all of nature. It is communication with the Divine in it's purest form. The Divine lives in everything, and so conscious breathing connects you to Everything in your world. When one person in the room is breathing consciously, others can feel it, even if they are not aware of what it is. It changes and lifts the vibration and brings a sense of presence and power into the room.
Power is an inherent gift of breathing consciously. When you breathe consciously, you recognize that you are a sovereign being, completely capable of discerning and knowing everything that you will ever need to know in that moment. Breathing consciously is saying yes to your Power, Wisdom & Love. You have the power to create your life and create your experience, you have the wisdom to discern with each breath and you have enough love to create universes and move mountains. You are meant to opperate as a conscious and sovereign being, knowing in every moment the connection and direct link you have with your creator.
You were not cast into existence without the tools to know your Self and to know your Source. Play with your breath and become friends with it first. Know how it feels, what it sounds like, and where it lives. Hang out in the space between breaths and see what you find there. This is not a process of the mind, it is a feeling from your body. Stop thinking and feel it enter your body and leave. This is a sensual process that will feel good. As you connect to it, you will begin to get glimpses of who you really are and the force that is within you. You are a powerful being capable of loving and expressing your Self and your Sovereignty in each moment.
