Light Body Yoga Workshop: Welcome to the Spiritual Playground

This week kicks off the Light Body Yoga Workshop. We have created a space for weekly workshops and classes that will give you a place to come and play freely with spiritual teachings and metaphysical principles. This is a place where your Creative Power and Inner Guidance rule the day. Come and play with us! Learn how to "tune in" to your own Inner Guidance, acknowledge your Gifts, and train your BODY, BREATH & VOICE to manifest them. The Light Body Journal will be reflective of the week's teachings and experiential discoveries. Please check in for weekly notes on Awakening.

In Love & Creative Power,

Star Mantra

I am a star.

A star is a heavenly body, radiating light.

I am a heavenly body, radiating light.

I am a star.

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

"Nonviolence is the answer to the crucial political and moral questions of our time; the need for mankind to overcome oppression and violence without resorting to oppression and violence. Mankind must evolve for all human conflict a method which rejects revenge, aggression, and retaliation. The foundation of such a method is love."

"Peace is not merely a distant goal that we seek, but a means by which we arrive at that goal."

"Take the first step in faith. You don't have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step."

"The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy."

~Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Happy 2006! A Year Full of Gratitude

As we start this beautiful new year, I would like to share with you a practice that my husband Michael and I have started doing in the past few months. Before we close our eyes at night, we each say three things that we are thankful for. This simple closing to the day has turned out to be a most powerful way to connect to each other and to honor the wonderful things we have manifested and experienced and grown from, in the day and in our lives. I can only imagine what it will be like someday soon, when my one year old son, Jake, can join in and tell us what he is thankful for each day.

Please check out this very cool site dedicated to gratitude if you haven't  already.   www.GiveMeTheMasterKey.com

Wishing you a very happy 2006!

May you glow in Peace & Light this year.
