The Tipping Point

Have we finally reached the "tipping point".

It seems that everywhere I look lately I am noticing people reaching out from their Hearts to others to do what they can to spread feelings of love and empowerment and some kind of peace in the community. I am really seeing groups of people everywhere that are ready for something new and beginning to live that something new in their own lives.

Maybe enough really is enough. After being bombarded for so long with over stimulating and fear invoking media and headline news, have we finally been pushed to the point in that direction that we are now hearing the voice from within our own Heart saying that there is indeed another way. A way that will take you back into your personal power and sovereignty.

A way that will make use of your GIFTS that seem to have been buried and forgotten for so long.

Have we as a people, as a Humanity, been moved into ACTION. It appears so. Is this the beginning of a great awakening of consciousness.

Look around you today and see if you can see it. In a bookstore, in a class, in an email from a friend. The first step is in noticing.

Remember, what you invite you will ignite. Lets give our love and attention on this day to the subtle awakening that is happening in Humanity at this time. Lets unite and ignite Love and Peace on our sweet Earth.

This week kicks off the Light Body Yoga Workshop. We have created a space for weekly workshops and classes that will give you a place to come and play freely with spiritual teachings and metaphysical principles. Lunar Imbolc

January has been an extremely busy month, full of love and light and limitless possibilities manifesting everywhere I turn. For this my heart sings with Gratitude.

Happy 2006! A Year Full of Gratitude

As we start this beautiful new year, I would like to share with you a practice that my husband Michael and I have started doing in the past few months. Before we close our eyes at night, we each say three things that we are thankful for. This simple closing to the day has turned out to be a most powerful way to connect to each other and to honor the wonderful things we have manifested and experienced and grown from, in the day and in our lives. I can only imagine what it will be like someday soon, when my one year old son, Jake, can join in and tell us what he is thankful for each day.
