Activating Change, A Challenging & Powerful Month

It has been a challenging month to say the least, with the series of events happening and about to happen in the Heavens. There was Mercury going retrograde at the beginning of the month and the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse on March 14th, both in Pisces. Now we are looking forward to the Solar Eclipse in Aries Point on March 29th. For more info on these happenings please see:

All of these events have asked you to take a closer look at how you FEEL, and how you relate and communicate your deepest feelings. These may be the exact feelings you have been pushing down for years. With all kinds of activity in the Heavens asking you to let go of old energies and experience your Self in a new direction with new possibilities in front of you, it is inevitabe that you will feel a shake up happening within you and all around you. This is not always easy. Boy, is it not always easy.

In the coming week with the big one coming, the Solar Eclipse in Aries Point, it is important to stay grounded and awake to what is happening within and around you, even if it seems like a dream.

Follow your insticts and intuition now. Bring your highest discernment into play in every aspect of your life. And play actively in your life. Choosing your reality by being "tuned in" to your own Inner Guidance.

I am in the middle of a move to a new home this week. I will check back as the events of the week unfold.

Let Love Lead

A simple saying and powerful practice that was given to me by one of my teachers: "Let Love Lead".

By letting LOVE lead now, you will be centered in Heart Consciousness and your ego will have no choice but to fall away.

Love always knows. Today commit to letting LOVE lead in all situations. Ask LOVE when you want to know what to do.

When you speak and act in LOVE, Love is what you will see and attract everywhere.

In Loving and Truthful action and speach, you transcend the limits of space and time and create the reality of Love everywhere you go.

Happy Spring Equinox

March 20, 2006

Since the Lunar Eclipse/Full Moon last week, I have been a sobbing mess. I have experienced a range of emotions from sorrow and grief to love and desire. I have allowed myself to cry and laugh at a seconds notice and to indulge the well up of emotions that are coming from deep within my being at this time. Today being the first day of Spring I am still feeling the tender and telling communication of my deepest Self, but feeling the glowing Light of what these FEELINGS are telling me.

I know now after starting this page almost two months ago, that I am meant to dedicate I AM LIGHT to writing about LOVE and TRUTH as it exists in each ONE of us. The question being how can all of us live our Love and live our Truth more fully to anchor our Light on Planet Earth.

As I was watching the news one night last week, it struck me how never, not even once was the word Love mentioned in the media broadcast. How can it be that the thing we need most is not even talked about. It is my intention to discover how we can bring more Love into our mainstream reality and consciousness by talking about it more freely and openly in a meaningful way.

For now I will sit with my feeling during this Spring Equinox and listen to the love & wisdom coming through, to know where to begin a conversation about Love with You.

Happy Full Moon/ Lunar Eclipse

Today as you experience the energy of the full moon & lunar eclipse which will be happening, you can allow yourself to experience the emotions that are deep beneath the surface of your conscious reality. When you allow yourself to go into that deep often dark and forbidden place of your being, something is sure to be revealed to you. Stay open and available to feel what is being given you as we move into greater awakeness on this planet. Stop to notice today what is happening within you and all around you. The magic is before your eyes if you choose to see it.

Light Body Yoga Workshop: The Power of Group Consciousness

During these times when it seems that everything is happening at such an accelerated speed and many of us feel almost powerless if not stunned by what we are seeing take place in the world around us, it is important to remember the sheer power of Group Consciousness.

In order to use Group Consciousness to benefit Humanity and our Planet Earth, you must remember to "tune in" to the part of the group to which you wish to see grow and ignite. The saying goes: What you invite, you ignite!

When you tune in to the Heart Consciousness of Humanity, that is what you will help to spread. By connecting to the awakening power of Love and Light on Earth, you will send it around the globe from the point of Love within your own being.

When we unite with groups in which we share ideas and intentions, it is even more readily available to us, this power of Group Consciousness.  You must make it your conscious intention as you unite, whether it be for a yoga class, a special interest meeting, an academic group or a simple tea time with friends, to connect to the part of your Selves that holds this  vibration of light and love so steady and send it out into the world and connect it with each person you meet that day. Send it through your Heart, send it through your eyes and send it through your voice.

Eventually, you will find yourself seeking out and seeking in the power of  conscious intention and group consciousness everywhere you go. Connect to the Heart of the Group and spread nothing but Love.  Love transcends all differences we may have in race and religion and social status. Deep in the Heart of all of us, is the power for an awakening in consciousness. You can tap that power even more fully when you consciously connect to the Heart of the Group.
