Many of you have let me know already that you will be there. I am so excited to see you and celebrate the power of Creativity & Tuning In. 

We will play at fully awakening our Light on the cellular, auric, and Soul levels. This Spiritual Light is the essence of your Being. It is this light that causes people to be attracted to you when you enter the room. It is this light that makes nature and little children smile when you walk by.

It is this light that calls Spirit & Guidance to you, awakening spiritual wisdom & knowledge within you. This Light gives you the courage to be centered in your Personal Power, knowing who you are and why you are here and to live your calling fearlessly knowing that you are guided by your own Inner Teacher. We will work with spiritual rituals, guidance, vocal toning, mantra, breath power, creative movement, and a powerful physical yoga practice to awaken our Light Bodies and open our Heart chakras to pure Love Frequency!!! Light Body Yoga Workshop in NYC, April 29th

This coming weekend I will be in New York City leading a Light Body Yoga Workshop.

Please come and join me if you can make plans to be in the Big Apple on Saturday, April 29th.

This workshop is about discovering the power of Creativity and Tuning In. We will work with spiritual rituals that will teach you how to "tune in" to your own Inner Teacher as well as guidance from the higher realms of consciousness.  We will play with ways to use this physical body you have been given to awaken your consciousness and discover/remember your True Identity. I'm Back...

I am back after a very long moving process and some technical delays in my new space.

I am so happy to be situated in a new and bright space that is perfect for writing and creating now and in the months to come.

Soul Alignment: Light Body Yoga Workshop NYC

There is one sure way to be centered in your Personal Power & Creativity and that is to be completely tuned in and aligned with the greatest light of your Self. Your Soul.

When you align with and consciously tune in to your Soul you will know the reason you are here and what you are meant to be doing/creating in this lifetime.  Your Soul will descend her light upon you and communicate her most loving intelligence and wisdom to you giving you courage, power and strenth to create and carry out your life's work.

When you are doing what you are meant to be doing in this lifetime, you will feel so much energy and inspiration coming in and working through you.
