The Seven Star Principles of Light Body Yoga

1.         You are a powerful and creative multilayered being, who comes from a powerful, wise, loving and creative Source. You are like your Creator.

2.         Your body, including your breath, your voice, your eyes, your chakras, aura, and all the rest, is a tool for awakening consciousness and connecting you with your own Inner Guidance within your Heart center and the Higher Realms of Consciousness.  As you wake up, you radiate more and more light.

3.         You were born to wake up, of your own free will, to your True Identity as a creative and powerful, wise and loving, spiritual being.

4.         Within your Heart center there is secret chamber where your most Holy Creator dwells, and you have access to that place. The Love that lives there has the power to move mountains and create universes.

5.         You have come here to express your Soul’s Truth for this lifetime and use your creative power for the good of All. In doing so, you experience true freedom, peace and love.

6.         Your are connected to every other being in this vast web of life. Your thoughts, words and actions affect the whole of existence.

7.         As you direct your Creative Power consciously, you work with the Forces of Nature to create your life in ways that you are aware of and in other ways you are not yet fully aware of. This is known as the law of Cause and Effect.
