First Day of Aikido

95 degrees in a barn, perched up on a hill of a lavender farm,

overlooking Peace Valley Lake.

We enter, we bow, we kneel.

We bow again. Sensei enters, we bow some more.

We stretch, we roll.

We attack, we defend, we discover the Art of Peace.

We kneel, we bow again in gratitude to just about everyone,

and everything.
